Transportation to the Race
We strongly recommend that you take public transportation to the start and from the finish. For the latest updates, visit mta.info/weekend. Please familiarize yourself with our start-area map.
Plan to arrive at the start at least one hour before bag check closes if you are checking a bag, or at least one hour before corrals for your wave close if you are not checking a bag.
WAVE 1 TRAVEL INFORMATION
Arrival Time: Plan your travel to arrive at the start by 5:10 a.m. if you are checking a bag and by 5:40 a.m. if you are not checking a bag.
Subway: Take the 2/3 to Franklin Ave or the Q to Prospect Park Empire Blvd/Flatbush Ave.
Car/taxi drop-off: Eastern Parkway at Bedford Avenue
Bag check: Eastern Parkway at Franklin Avenue

WAVE 2 TRAVEL INFORMATION
Arrival Time: Plan your travel to arrive at the start by 5:50 a.m. if you are checking a bag and by 6:20 a.m. if you are not checking a bag.
Subway: Take the 2/3 to Grand Army Plaza or the Q to Prospect Park Empire Blvd/Flatbush Ave.
Car/taxi drop-off: Grand Army Plaza at Flatbush Avenue
Bag check: Grand Army Plaza at Eastern Parkway

Please note that the walk from the subway stations to the start area is 5 to 10 minutes.
All runners must pass through metal detector screening. We ask for your cooperation in order to avoid any interruption to the day’s events.
PARKING
There is no parking at the start. Those wishing to drive can park near the finish in Coney Island and take the F or Q train to the start.
Brighton Beach Municipal Parking Field, near the finish, is open 4:00–7:00 a.m. (exit anytime) with limited parking. Visit nyc.gov/html/dot for details. Please note that there is no parking at the New York Aquarium this year.
The MCU Park parking lot is not available for runner parking.
