Join us for the 3rd Annual NYCRUNS Narrows Half Marathon run on the super flat and fast running path that hugs the southern edge of Brooklyn with scenic views of the Verrazano Bridge and the Manhattan Skyline!

Event schedule and times

Start time: Start time: 8:00 Half Start; Bib Pickup starts at 7:00 AM.   Address: Shore Road and 69th St. Brooklyn, NY

Course: Starts at the pier at 69th Street and Shore Road.

Time Limit: The official time limit is 3 hours for the half marathon.

Awards: Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female runners overall and the top 3 male and female finishers in each ten-year age group.

Packet Pickup: Pre-race packet pickup will be available at a time and location TBD. Race day packet pickup will be available at the start line beginning at 7:00 AM.  We strongly encourage you to pick up your race materials in advance of race day to avoid lines.

Amenities: A great techie shirt will be the giveaway for this race and the usual great NYCRUNS post-race spread will greet you at the finish line. Bag check and toilets will be provided. H20 and gatorade will be available on the course.

Directions: Take the R train to Bay Ridge Avenue and walk downhill to Shore Road Park.  Please check MTA Trip PlannerViewer for up to date and detailed mass transit directions and Google MapsViewer for driving directions. Parking is limited at all of our events, we strongly encourage you to use mass transit.

Cost: $35 through 8/3, $40 through 8/17 and $50 thereafter. NYCRUNS membersViewer receive a 5% discount, race deferral rights, and other perks.
