3일만에 바깥나가서 운동을 한것같아요. 오늘은 날씨가 47도까지간다고 하는데 제생각은 35도 같군요. 특별히 훈련할 대회가 없기때문엔지 요즘은 달리기 할때 무선 목표보다 즐거운 운동으로 하니까 또 기분이 달라요. 연말전에 2012마일 도전은 이루고싶지만 목표달성 안해도 그만이에요. 자유롭게 달리기를 하지만 8:30페이스는 지키고싶은 신장은 여전합니다. 공식 훈련 시작히기전에 편하게 뛰고 싶지만 항상 마지막 1-2마일은 하프 마라톤 페이스에 뛰고싶습니다.
